Trinh Hien graduated with two degrees, one in English language and one in elementary education. However, due to her passion for traveling, she chose a career in adventure travel consulting. She has 2.5 years of experience as an office manager for Hung Thanh Travel in Phong Nha, where she honed her skills and knowledge of tourism before joining Oxalis in 2020. She has taken a number of training courses to further develop her expertise in the field. When working with customers, she knows just what questions to ask to ensure they have the experience of a lifetime.

Her knowledge of the field is very extensive, thanks to her extensive work history and travels. Aside from joining all of the adventure tours provided by the company, Trinh Hien has also traveled extensively throughout Vietnam and other countries. She visited Singapore and Malaysia in 2019, Thailand in 2018, and explored the K50 waterfall in Gia Lai. Above all, she considers the adventure tours with Oxalis to be one of her favorite travel experiences.
