Ms. Ha Dung currently serves as the Deputy General Director of Oxalis Group, overseeing Finance and Accounting. She is responsible for building and enhancing the internal control system, as well as human resource policies for the Group Companies. Additionally, she holds the role of Chief Representative at the Ho Chi Minh Office.

Ms. Ha Dung is known for her disciplined, calm, and self-controlled personality, even in difficult and unexpected situations. This helps her to think carefully and find the best solution. This personality trait is also evident in her work, as she is highly focused and always completes tasks with high quality and standards. She also has the ability to solve complex problems in managing people. Ms Dung has a particular passion for training and guiding local people to access processes, standards, and improve their work quality and productivity.

Born and raised in the city of Da Lat, she later moved to Saigon to study and has been living there since 2008. She has a special passion for tourism and has experienced exploring many places in Vietnam as well as abroad. She also loves trekking and exploring caves. Despite the frequent business trips to Quang Binh, this special passion has led her to be attached to developing her career at Oxalis.

Before joining Oxalis in 2017, Ms. Dung had over 4 years of auditing experience at PwC Vietnam. She also worked as Vendor Sourcing Manager at Prudential Vietnam and Internal Control Manager at Blue Star Food Company(Baskin Robbin Vietnam). In 2017, Ms. Dung started working at Oxalis as an Assistant to the General Director. After more than 5 years, she was promoted to Deputy General Director in November 2022.

Ha Dung graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics - Law, National University of Ho Chi Minh City. She is also a fellow member (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. She is fluent in English and has basic communication skills in Mandarin. With her expertise and extensive experience, she has made and continues to make significant contributions to the development of Oxalis.
