MEDICAL FORM

For your own health, safety and enjoyment, it is important that you are of a suitable physical condition to participate in the tour activities. The questionnaire is to help us ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trek. Most medical conditions will not exclude you, so please be completely upfront about whatever condition(s) you have so that we can be best prepared to accommodate you. You will be days away from any hospital and we need to know your accurate situation. Please, do not lie on your medical form. We will do everything we can to help you join the tour. If your health status changes between when your booking is approved and when you join us here, it is your responsibility to advise us of that so that we can review your booking if necessary. If we find at any time that you have not completed the form honestly and in good integrity, we have the right to cancel your tour without refund.

Be advised that this tour is not for those with limited outdoor/trekking experience, those in poor medical condition, nor is it for children or expectant mothers. If you answer yes to any question, our specialist team will e-mail you for more details. This is routine, and you should not worry that it means you will not get on the tour.

Finally, be detailed in your answers, otherwise your reservation will be rejected – “regular walking”, “going to the gym” are not considered detailed. You must have some previous outdoor experience such as trekking/hiking, or climbing (not just indoor wall), caving, etc.
