Vo Ngoc Quyen comes from a small village in Quang Ninh District, surrounded by rivers that form a "small island" within Quang Binh. Since joining Oxalis in 2023, Quyen has become an indispensable part of the team, bringing exciting adventure experiences to guests.

Before joining Oxalis, Quyen worked as a freelance guide. During his time at Oxalis, he has had the opportunity to lead many adventure tours, such as Tu Lan, Hang Tien, Hang En, and Hang Va. One of his most memorable moments was during a tour of Hang En, where an Australian guest unexpectedly proposed to his girlfriend. Witnessing the joy of the couple, Quyen was deeply impressed by the love and beautiful memories that guests can experience at Oxalis.

Quyen is constantly working to enhance his guiding skills. He frequently attends intensive training sessions on safety and rescue under the guidance of safety experts. Additionally, Quyen learns from his colleagues about tour guiding techniques, group management, and communication, further refining his skills.

With a cheerful demeanor and dedicated approach, Quyen welcomes Oxalis guests like family. He believes that, along with the natural beauty of caves and mountains, it is his enthusiasm that brings unforgettable experiences to every guest.
