Graduating with a degree in Event and Festival Management from Da Nang University of Economics, Cong has a solid professional foundation and an English proficiency certificate. With over two years of experience in the tourism industry, Cong has held various roles, gathering valuable experience along her career journey. Currently, she dedicates her full passion to Oxalis, continuously learning to enhance her knowledge and skills, ensuring she’s always prepared to assist and advise clients with the utmost care.

For Cong, travel is not just an exploration but also a way to broaden one’s perspective and learn about the culture and life of new places. Her first adventure with Oxalis was the 3-day, 2-night Tu Lan Cave Encounter Tour, which left her with many memorable impressions. Cong realized that each journey is not only about discovering landscapes but also a way to connect with nature and challenge herself.

As an adventure tour consultant, Cong understands the importance of safety. She carefully studies and stays updated on the weather and terrain details for each tour.
