Nguyen Tung Lam, also known as Daisy, was born and raised in the “City of Roses” – Dong Hoi, a place famous for Nhat Le Beach and its rich historical heritage. Joining Oxalis in June 2024, Lam assists customers in choosing adventure tours that fit their preferences. As a native of Quang Binh, she brings her pride in her hometown to her work.

Lam graduated with a degree in Hotel Management and has a strong foundation in international service standards. Before joining Oxalis, she gained years of experience working in four-star restaurants and hotels, where she sharpened her communication skills and developed a professional approach to customer service.

Lam’s passion for travel stems from her desire to explore and understand local cultures. She believes that every culture has its unique beauty. Lam is especially interested in learning about the lives of local people and exploring traditional cuisine. If given the chance, she hopes to visit the mountainous northern provinces of Cao Bang, Lao Cai, and Ha Giang to experience their culture and stunning landscapes.

In her role at Oxalis, Lam has participated in several adventure tours, including challenging journeys like the four-day, three-night Hang Ba tour. She believes that hands-on experience allows her to provide clients with genuine advice, helping them prepare well for their trips. She also uses photos and videos from her own travels to give clients a visual insight into the tours.

To Lam, a tour consultant is also a companion, always listening to and supporting clients. The memories and words of thanks from clients are her motivation to continually strive to deliver exceptional experiences for travelers.
