Dinh Minh Nien was born and raised in Tan Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province, a region famed for its Tu Lan cave system, which was recognized as one of the world's best tourist villages in 2023. Nien began working at Oxalis in 2014 as a porter. After 2 years, he progressed to a safety assistant role, and through perseverance and a commitment to learning, he is now a tour guide at Oxalis.

Although he had no prior experience in tourism, Nien has acquired essential skills through regular training sessions organized by the company. He also benefits from guidance from British cave experts and support from his colleagues. Nien brings a cheerful, enthusiastic, and energetic style to his tours, always prioritizing the safety of guests while creating an enjoyable and lively atmosphere.

Nien has a deep affection for the Tu Lan cave system, which he sees as the perfect place to immerse himself in cool waters and enjoy the untouched natural landscape. He is passionate about sharing the beauty of his homeland with guests, helping them appreciate the magnificence and uniqueness of Quang Binh.
