Incredible Experience and Highly Professional Company

Our Feb. 2020 overnight in Hang En cave was a highlight of our entire trip to Vietnam, and the company was highly professional. We received clear communication from initial questions, through booking, prior to and during the trip, and follow up. The guides are all English-speaking and very knowledgeable about the cave system. I especially appreciated the consideration and respect this company pays to the health of the local economy (they employ all locals and have helped create a thriving community whose economy is based around tourism), and for the environment; everything is packed in and packed out, adhering to a "leave no trace" policy. The number of people admitted on the tours and into the caves themselves is limited as well. I was also impressed by the food we were served, and they took great care for our safety as well. And the experience of hiking through a lush jungle valley, amid mountains, then entering a massive cave whose size is hard to comprehend, is beyond amazing. And to be able to camp in the mouth of this gigantic cave--wow! Don't miss this experience and the opportunity to go with Oxalis.
