Job description
  • Adventure tours sales to direct online and walk-in customers
  • Process tour reservations assigned by Sales Manager
  • Handle bookings/invoices/customer support
  • Remain primary contact to assigned customers from pre-departure to post-departure
  • Work together with operation team to deliver first-rate services
  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service via email, online chat system, phone, in-person, etc.
  • Report to Sales Manager
Job requirements
  • University or college graduated
  • At least 1 year experience working in hospitality/inbound travel company or in tourism industry
  • Advanced writing skills (English & Vietnamese)
  • Speak English confidently to both Vietnamese and foreign customers
  • Knowledgeable about travel services and logistics in Quang Binh
  • Good social skills, organization skills, and communication skills
  • Have good attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Interest in adventure activities
  • Be outgoing and confident
  • Have full knowledge of company’s range of products including expeditions, adventure tours, merchandise, and Oxalis Home
  • Be flexible in working time and responsibilities
  • Working mostly in an office; work remotely from home as needed outside of office hours; night shift is required.
