Position summary

Pro-sales are in charge of selling tours based on set target. KPI is calculated on indicators of target achievement, customer service when selling tours and personal customer network.

Scope & detail responsibility
  • Search for potential customers through direct sales channels, approach and offer available products and services to fulfill set monthly targets.
  • Directly make payment request and provide sufficient information to fully confirm the reservation.
  • Transfer customer information to the Operator to arrange and prepare logistics for guests such as shuttle bus, food, tour supplies, number of people to serve guests per tour, etc.
  • Support guests via the company's desk phone / hotline, personal phone, directly at the office, live chat, social network or other channels with information related to tours as well as tourism, hotel, transportation and other fields that you are knowledgeable about.
  • Keep track of individual's monthly revenue and plan to increase revenue continuously weekly.
  • Enter the internal system to record revenue from the bookings in charge. Compare and be responsible for monthly tour revenue data on the internal system.
  • Answer questions of Sales Director related to tour revenue (if any).
  • Support Marketing team if required.
  • Other duties at the request of the Head of the Department.
Requirement & skills

Knowledge requirements:

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of customer service
  • Knowledge of products, prices, advantages and disadvantages of products to provide necessary and right information to customers
  • Knowledge of tourism in Phong Nha and neighboring provinces in Vietnam
  • Constantly updating knowledge

Soft-skill requirements:

  • Communication and persuasion (Vietnamese and English)
  • Sales planning and sales implementation through sales channels
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work dependently
  • Teamwork
  • Work and time management

Hard-skill requirements: Word, Excel, Power-point, Gmail

Training requirements: Join in adventure tours and learn tour products (highlight, trekking/caving experiences, adventure level, etc.)
