Oxalis Adventure is a leading adventure tour company in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, which welcomes about 12,000-15,000 guests every year to join various adventure tours ranging from 1 to 6 days. The market share of the guests is 80% international and 20% Vietnamese, of which 95% are B2C. Adventure tourism is a special type of tourism that caters to those who love outdoor activities, the nature lovers and especially have a physical fit with the adventure tours. We are looking for adventure travel consultants who have a passion for adventure tourism to provide the best experiences for our guests. The details of the position are below.
As an adventure travel consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with potential and existing customers via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Providing information and advice on the tours, destinations, activities, accommodations, and safety measures offered by Oxalis Adventure.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of the customers and recommending suitable tours or customizing tours according to their requests.
- Processing bookings, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and changes for the customers.
- Coordinating with other departments such as operations, marketing, and accounting to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the adventure tourism industry.
Work Experiences:
- Must have relevant experiences in sales, consulting services.
- Must have done multiple-days trekking tours in the jungle/mountain in Vietnam or other countries.
- Understanding of adventure tours, exploration tours, or outdoor activities that have an element of risk (caving/hiking/trekking/trail marathon...).
- Having knowledge of the tourism industry is an advantage.

- Skills in using basic office applications to serve work management.
- Being able to respond quickly to changes.
- Being able to grasp and understand quickly about products to be able to advise customers.
