We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Oxalis Group (including Oxalis Adventure and Oxalis Holiday): who is a person with an endless passion for adventure travel, a nature lover, and a love to create jobs for local people. A person who has the ability to negotiate and deal with Oxalis's media partners around the world for tourism promotion activities. A person who always has a broad vision of high-quality travel services. A person has the ability to lead the marketing trend for Oxalis' unique travel products. A person who is knowledgeable about both content and digital marketing. A person who is able to manage the work of media, content, social, and website teams. A person who always finds solutions to coordinate with other departments in order to implement the company's marketing goals and strategies.
Report to: Marketing Director
- Be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting marketing programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets on suitable social channels.
- Be responsible for Photoshoot & Video procedure (plan, action, follow up, final footage, publish).
- Manage Phong Nha location including 2 teams with 4 headcounts:
+ Social team: generating content for media channels, copywriting, messages to the press, press relationship, KOLs partnership.
+ Media team: design works, copyrights, photo, video footage quantity & quality. - Responsible for company PR, events, exhibitions, and sponsorships in Quang Binh.
- Play an important part in giving feedback to continuously improve customer service.
- Monitor and review all marketing activities, and assess all the results achieved of Social and Media teams. Report marketing performance, customer insights, and other related jobs directly to the Marketing Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Two (2) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and managing a team.
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metric-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Proficiency in English, especially in Writing and Verbal Communication.
