Ho Xuan Dieu was born and raised in Phong Nha, known as Vietnam’s "kingdom of caves." After graduating from high school in 2016, Dieu pursued a degree in English at the Hue Tourism College. In 2018, when Oxalis expanded its team for the Son Doong tour, Dieu found a new path as a safety assistant and began developing himself within the tourism industry.

Thanks to Oxalis’s support, Dieu had the opportunity to continue his passion for learning with a tour guide training course in 2022. Through his work and training at Oxalis, Dieu gradually gained experience and became a guide for 1-2 day tours, such as Hang Tien, Tu Lan, and Hang En. For Dieu, every trip where he leads guests through magnificent natural landscapes and shares the culture of Phong Nha with international friends is deeply meaningful.

Dieu’s is a cheerful guide, providing the best possible experience for guests while maintaining a serious and disciplined approach to his work. His favorite destination is Hang En Cave, where he ventures deep into Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, following streams and admiring the pristine, beautiful landscapes. At the campsite, enjoying a drink and soaking in the peaceful surroundings is Dieu’s way of helping guests savor each relaxing moment.

With training in rescue, equipment operation, and first aid, Dieu is fully equipped to ensure guest safety. Lessons from experts and colleagues have not only boosted Dieu’s confidence but also sharpened essential skills like communication, time management, and problem-solving. All of these elements make him a passionate and reliable guide at Oxalis Adventure.
